Ok it is a french brand owned by TIMEX.I refer to it as tim ex when I write them so my adress book will accept it.It has a 40 mm wide by 35 mm 7mm height SS Oval shaped case. The dial is black with white numbers and markers and silver hands with a red second hand. 27 mm band black leather with orange contrast stitching date window at 3 o clock.Quartz wr to 50 m.
