It's such an amazing looking watch. Congrats. One of these days I need to add a doxa to my collection.

Man, you know my mixed feelings regarding Doxa were shoved aside when I saw the Caribbean colors... I seriously had butterflies in the stomach like when you're a kid with a crush. suffice it to say my faith has been reignited... Still waiting on rubber straps, though,

Narin, you going for a 750T Pro or the GMT model? I'm looking forward to what's com ing up after they run through the Sharkhunter and Searambler iterations of the GMT!!

Pax

Pax, I am going for Pro COSC certified. I found one at watchseller at an incredible price (l learned that it is brand new, never been worn and was originally purchased in Dec 05). Doxa warranty is transferable as well. Since I am not sure whether this model is still available. Or if it is, it is selling at retail with no discount. So it was an easy decision for me.smile8.gif

I talked to David at watchseller and had high confident in its authenticity and its usuage record. hand6.gif

Well, I had to add more fund using my previous $600 for a custom Orsa, but I figured it is well worth it.

If Doxa comes out with the Conquistador Sharkhunter (or in a sense Conquistador with Black dial), I will be all over it. snoopy1.gif

I think that my next big hunts will be that Yellow Stowa and U1. Although, I am not sure if I can resist GMT Sharkhunter happy1.gif

Well, it is time for me to get rid of my other dust collector pieces to offset my 750T COSC expense. Hopefully, I will have time to bring pictures up for 3T members this weekend.

I guess I am now officially Doxaholics

There are worse aholics to be than a Dox-aholic!! The 750T COSC is a fantastic watch regardless of price. Both Eric and I have them and it is nice to have the COSC as supposedly the COSC model #'s range from 4700-4800 and there are only 100.

Doxa claims a very high retail to be available only at brick and mortar AD when they actually start selling and b & m ADs. I am certain you are getting a nice deal from the Watchseller but admit to be curious. If you are so inclined could you please PM me with further details?

I am serioulsy enjoying the Caribbean GMT. The colors of the dial are just the rat's ass for me!! I really am curious as to where Doxa will go after they finish up the run of GMTs. I'm not active on their forum so I haven't a clue but let me say my interest is piqued.

Enjoy and Caribbean GMT and COSC and congrats on your Doxaholicism...

All the best,

Pax
