Just picked up this maratec ZULU strap (black, 20mm) to finish off my old battlefield Caravelle. I've been looking for something that would do it justice and I think this one does. Bought this Caravelle almost exactly 40 years ago for "jungle duty" during the monsoon season. Thank God for the 666 ft. W.R. It missed getting wasted by grenade shrapnel by only four inches! I've never had the back off it and it's still keeping excellent time. I had to wait till my better half was asleep tonight before dragging out the tripod et al., lest I be branded a crazy (again!). So here it is, both "now" and "then."
