My older son has liked my classic Citizen Pepsi auto diver for awhile and he really needed his first auto.  So, I found this one which is a little different, more of a cushion case like my 6309 so I grabbed it for him on the Bay for <$100.

I hope he likes it, he needs a dive watch when we go to Discovery Cove in June. :)

Cheers,
Griff

My son's Citizen came in the USPS yesterday.  I was going to wait to surprise him with it when in Orlando, but I couldn't wait.  He is quite happy with it, and it is just the right size for his age (12).

So far it is running about +10 per day, about what I would expect for an auto on a very active boy (Black Belt in Karate) :D.

Cheers,
Griff

Great looking watch and I am sure your son will locw it and get a lot of use out of it. I imagine a 12 year old boy can test the durability of any watch. It will be interesting to see how it holds up. Way to get him going...
