Thanks Markhand6.gif I actually bought it off a sales corner. The strap is from http://www.timeconnection.biz if that helps:)

So what are you thoughts on the watch? I know its different from what you are accustomed too.

Very cool. That strap makes it look like a 4 digit price tag watch at the very least. :) Congrats. ;)

You are right, Tony, the Roman Square is much different than what I normally favor although I do occassionaly wear the Magico Corona Brown Eye which is another big square watch. As for the Roman Square, I am quite impressed with the quality given the price. Big and solid and seems very well put together. Not a trace of any issue with the movement or crown and winding stem. It seems to run very smoothly and wound up nicely. I've got it sitting on the winder at 650 turns per day and we'll see what 24 hours brings.

It does deserve a tastier strap and then it will look beyond belief. I do expect to enjoy this quite a bit and have to say this is a fine watch. Whenever I wear the big Magico I have people stop me at work and ask if I have a new watch and then ask to see it or try it on. I expect the same with this watch. I think it is quite handsome, big and bold, and I am glad I took the plunge though I have to say it was difficult to pull the slop trigger. I got over that.

Looks like we have a little corps of Roman Square Wearers at 3T!! Hey enjoy your set!!
