I seem to have a thing for the Longines line lately..... I saw this and after talking to my rep, Stacie, at World-Lux about the cost ....(under 800 ) I ordered it and waited three days with free shipping ...I also ordered the Longines Legend diver but thats a four week wait as they are hard to get......anyway first impression was that it is similar to my Omega seamaster ....the Omega has a nicer bracelet and the Longines has a little less powerful lume ....but the fit and finish is comparable and I assume the moter is also  ....this has a Longines altered 2824, and it winds and sweeps nicely ...the screw down crown is fitted well and the bezel is right on and clicks solidly .....300 meters is the rate and  it has a 22mm lug width  ...here are some Q & D's  to show you

I've already seen that in person and tried it on. The thickness of the case is not proportion on its width IMO. Also, the polished center links of the bracelet made it looks blingy.

But overall, it's a nice piece.

Congrats!!!

Hey CJ nice pickup. Classic diver look too. I don't usually go for numbers on a dial but I really like the contemporary look of those.

Nice ThumbsUp02.gif

thanks guys !!!!

Nando .....,.you are right on the money with what you said .....I put it on a rubber deploy because it was a little too shiney and it is kinda wide for what it is thick .....unfortunatley I have to buy them before I can access the watch , thats why I flip some  .... the only AD's that Pax and I have, is Patek, Rolex and Panerai  ... this is one that I will keep   :D
