I was browsing around eBay and found this bargain. I liked the Hammy GMT Air Race so much - figured I needed a 7750 Hammy Chrono. Liked the looks of this one - especially the blue dial - read many good things about this model, so I snagged it with the BIN which was very, very reasonable. It includes the strap with deployment and bracelet. Should be here sometime next week and I'll post some add'l pics. If anyone else owns this model - I'd love to hear your comments. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited on Sun Nov 11th, 2007 06:54 pm by ebiz4me |

I was tempted to get the cooper dial...they called it brown dial. Your's looks great on the Watchadoo. I'm not real crazy about the non-hammy bracelet they include but I did like the strap. I have a 22mm Watchadoo that I might try on mine. Thanks for the pic Ken...looks nice. KenC wrote: I own that in the copper dial, but I have always loved the blue...especially on a brown strap! I just received this watch today at work. All I gotta say is WOW! What a beauty it is. Very nice navy blue dial and the chrono dials are a lighter shade of blue. Looks a bit different than the pics I posted from the vendor. Looks much better in person. The blue leather strap with Hamilton deployment is top notch. I may try a light brown strap later, just to see how it looks. Also came with a pretty nice bracelet...not a Hamilton brand but still pretty nice. I prefer straps, so I'll just leave the bracelet in the box. I'm very impressed by the fit and finish of these Hammies and this one is no exception. Very nice case and details - everything works smoothly. I'd read a post on one of the other forums that this model wasn't Swiss made and didn't have Swiss made anywhere on the watch. This one is clearly engraved on the back - Swiss Made, Saphire Crystal and 100M water resistance. It has the ETA7750 workhorse with Hamilton engraved rotor that can be admired thru the display back. I'm a happy camper on this snag. I'll post some pics of my own this weekend.

I had the tobacco dial model of this from the same vendor. The price is pretty close to the cheapest 7750 you can get, while still being a high quality timepiece. these really have a classic look and if yu put it side by side with a Sinn 103 or Fortis Chrono, the value and bargain of the Hammy become even more apparent. The bracelet he supplies is crapola IMHO, but thats ok for the price you pay. Congrats on a great watch.
