goofy just could not leave the only Automatic of the bunch laying therehearteyes.gif Grabbed this Fossil from Nordstrom's Rack for under $45 bucks. Skeleton dial, the red you see is actually the rotor as the caseback is solid. Thought it might be a Miyota at first, but it winds clockwise.......probably a Modified Valjoux..............  just kidding.  |

This is by far the best looking Fossil I've ever seen. In other words, it doesn't look like a Fossil but a fine watch. ;) Edit: Plus I didn't know Fossil made automatic watches. Thanks everyone:) BTW and I need to confirm this....the watch is actually a Miyota 6T51 which was a smaller movement intended for ladies watches, hence the ability to skeletonize the dial. the other thing is it beats at 28800 BPH similar to ETA. Going to do a little research to confirmhand6.gif |

Not sure any other movment uses this method to set the date.......... date is set by pulling the crown to position3 then back to 2 in a clicking type motionhand6.gif pretty neat.
