It arrived this afternoon . It looks better than the picture Sixgears put up. It looks, to my eye, to be in Excellent condition for a twice previous owned watch. A few light scratches here and there(typical desk diving stuff), a little goofed up spot on the edge of the bezel insert between the 12 and 1 position. I've already taken it and had it sized(had to ad a link). I think I got a steal of a deal on this baby . I'm going to wear it to dinner tonight to get further impressions of it. THANKS Sixgears and 3T.

Yeah. Sixgears sent it Monday, Priority Mail. I just got back from dinner and have a few more impressions of it. It is visually smaller appearing to my eye, but I believe that is due to the design of the bezel. I'm comparing it to my Seamaster and The Seamaster bezel is scalloped in such a way that it has more surface area, thus giving it a larger appearance. The GSAR is definately a lot taller; probably a 1/3rd again higher when compared side by side. The bracelet is Very Submarineresque. I'm still getting used to the clasp. I think I prefer the two push buttons on the Seamaster. That could be my own prejudice, but I think it is easier and more solid feeling. That's all I have for now, but will post pics when I get the time.
