Her name is Shajbu (shay-boo) and she's golden retriever/chocolate lab mix. I think the lab will gain dominance appearance wise, so she'll probably just look like a yellow lab!

Here she is at 4 weeks (our first meeting)

and at 6 weeks

and finally this last weekend, 7 weeks old and at our house finally!

and tuckered out after her first day of playing w/ the kids, other dog, and 4 cats!

Sweet pup. Labs/Retrievers are such great breeds... especially with the young 'uns.

Great looking pup!  And those paws look huge!  Now starts the fun of training.  anodie.gif

Thanks all, she's a keeper! Now we just have to get the potty-training done, so any and all tips are appreciated! We're doing the crate training gig, and it's been only 6 days with some improvements already. Haven't done this since I was 5 (and frankly, I didn't help a whole lot back then smile8.gif) and am more used to kittens, where you just have to show them the litter box and they figure the rest out themselves!mistake.gif

Can't hurt, but I'm a pointer, not a setter, and I'm not sure if my wife would go for it smile8.gif
