Hi guys -

This is a link to a neat site I found a long time ago - the people in this group imagine what things would be like if "infinite time" were to be taken into account. They constructed/are constructing a clock that would keep time for 10,000 years with no to minimal service.

I suppose this is what got me interested in time and watches ... and I thought I would share the link. Wild stuff, and while not quite watches ... it certainly is about time.

(Oh and I am NOT a member of this organization ... just been interested in this - how people deal with time, and how a species interacts with epochs...)

The foundation:
http://www.longnow.org/

The Clock of the Long Now:

http://www.longnow.org/projects/clock/principles/

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clock_of_the_Long_Now

So ... what do you guys think?
