One of my favorites too Tony got a chance to see the play a couple years ago when Chazz Palminteri brought it back to Broadway...it was an incredible one man monologue. Before i saw the play i never knew that it was a play first and DeNiro saw it and talked him into making it a movie.

IMHO Palmenteri is an underrated actor. I did not know that it was a play first.

IMHO Palmenteri is an underrated actor. I did not know that it was a play first. I agree..the amazing thing is it was a one man show...he played all the roles himself
