Went to my first 500 today - long day, but totally worth it. Great race - lots of action, and 20 year old Trevor Bayne held off Kurt Busch and others to win it in a very close final lap. Just a couple of pics to share... Gettin there early - enterainment was Brad Paisley and Martina McBride sang the Anthem  Settin up on pit row after vehicle inspection  Signing the start/finish line before the race  Kurt Busch's trailer (from above his garage)  Kurt Busch's pit  Gettin her goin  Didnt get a watch pic while I was there, but wore the Madcow...  |

Cool, Hope you had a great time. I have been to Martinsville a few times and its WAAAY better to be there in person than watch on TV. You can feel the "energy" in the air for sure. I am happy that I got to see Earnhardt race in person also. Last edited on Sun Feb 27th, 2011 01:17 am by scottran |
