Oscar De La Hoya knocked the foul mouthed Ricardo Mayorga on his arse in the first round and proceeded to explain the concept of "put your mouth where your money is" to this POS. You can see this fight next weekend on HBO I think. It was Pay For View out at the dog track here and after all the theatrics that Mayorga tried to employ at news conferences and pre-fight hype,etc., he roundly deserved an good beating. You know the old saying......................"you can take the arse hole out of the barrio, but you can't take the barrio out of the arse hole!" Except for the great entertainment this fool provides, they ought to ship his sorry butt home to Nicaraugua along with all the cheap bundles of cigars in this country. I'm not a huge boxing fan, but I enjoy watching a good fight. And nothing's better than seeing an a$$hole get beaten! I like DeLaHoya. A bit of a pretty boy, but man, can he hit hard! I think his appearance can lull someone into a false sense of confidence. What they don't seem to consider is that he wouldn't look good still after that many fights if he didn't win! |

I was fortunate enough to be watching it! Great but short fight--well, not much of a fight since Oscar whipped his ass good! It's been a long time since I've wanted anyone to win that bad! That guy ought to be deported and banned from even visiting here. |
