If I could have a moment of quiet seriousness please....this is a very advanced weapon designed to save troop lives by the thousands.  Quietly developed by the French in over 2 centuries of warfare, this weapon is used primarily by troops on the front-lines...the French are the only nation with the expertise and continuing experience to have been able to develop a weapon of this nature.

How does it work....the details are, of course, a highly classified military secret, but the result of the projectile delivered from this weapon can produce magnificent results...In essence, what happens, is that once fired, the missile can deliver, at ranges varying from 20 meters up to 20 kilometers, a broad brushed white coating to the surface it strikes...emblazoned with the phrase, "Of Course We Surrender".  The magnificent of the weapon is that the built in artificial intelligence in the system, automatically translates the French motto into the language of the opponent, be it German, Italian, Russian, Cyrillic, Farsi or Arabic...strangely, there is a glitch in the English translator!

Hope that helps!

From the length and diameter the back pressure would be extreme, so it would have no practical use in urban situations except in an exposed setting.  The only question is the targeting and the war head which I do not know anything about.  It would still be line of sight targeting even at a distance so what would be the big improvement over the most recent shoulder fires that we posses.

Is this the test in Question? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHn2P7x9hXY

also, I think this would be a better option for them... less issues.
