Maratac band arrived from Howard. I was amazed at how nice the color looked. It's a British grey with a ting of green. Here it is on my JSAR.

Looks GoodThumbsUp02.gif. I see you got the lowlite hardware. How's the contrast between it and the S/S case? From your picture, it doesn't look like it stands out in a bad way.

Cool. I've ordered a tan one with lowlite hardware for my GSAR. I've also ordered one of the S series Maratacs with the grey stripe. I couldn't decide which one I wanted.

I hope so. I actually bought it for more practical purposes. I'm beating the crap out of my bracelet over here and the temps are getting in the 100s. I'm thinking it will be a little more comfortable in hot weather.

Thanks everyone. I'm really enjoying it. Also, the Ted Su Kevlar strap arrived. I had to modify it a bit more to fit snug. Let me tell you, this is on sharp looking strap on the JSAR. Ted sent me 2. One with black stitch and the other with white. Pics below.

The Marathon with the Maratac Zulu strap looks fantastic.
Do I detect a deployment clasp on a nylon strap?

Hey Oscar. Thanks alot. Both bands are just incredible. Zulu feels really comfortable and what can I say about the Ted Su Kevlar band, great workmanship and design. It is just so comfortable as well. Looking forward to getting a leather bad from Ted down the road.

Ted's Kevlar&buckle goes with Marathon, it's like they belong.
