I wanted the mocha too, but it's to short for my wrist, so I odered a Marone Old Vintage instead:)

Johnny - from what I understand you want long fleiger styles...so just to make sure you know all the options, here is a quick comparison of what we have left in stock...

Remember that these are all handmade, and so can vary a mm or so from one to the next, so the measurements are what I measured on these particular ones with the calipers...

Sorry about the horrific photo, but this is q&d, and I mean q&d! The  main things I want to point out are the differences in the regular and xl for the marine timer and the mocha buffalo, and the fact that the rustic, while the leather is similar to the marine timer, has the rivets and light brown stitching instead of the white stitching and the X design.  I hope that helps rather than further confuses things...we can still catch your order if you want to make a change based on this, as long as you let me know tonight!

JD - I just put my Triton on a shark last week and man, does that make a difference - totally different watch, and much more comfortable and than anything I have had it on before...great choice!

BTW, just to make sure...the shark is 24mm at the lugs (to fit the Triton, of course) but tapers to 22mm at the buckle...just wanted to make sure you knew that...the black buffalo is 22mm all the way.  Is that cool for your buckle inventory?

Thanks for the info... I was going to use the buckle from the Triton's rubber strap. will that work or do I need to order a buckle? I'm "on location" so I can't get to my collection at the moment. (also sent this question as a PM)

This is the first time dealing with Debaufre, I can tell you for a fact that Chris is truelly an asset to this company. Instead of sending any strap that I ordered,  He took the time, PMed me, and posted pictures of strap sizes. Making sure they are long enough for my 10 inch wrist.  Wow! He is handling my order, of course it has changed. thankyou.gif That's customer service  , beyond the call of duty.woohoo.gifThumbsup3.gifThumbsUp02.gifperfect.gifthankyou.gif

I'm in shock:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:

Bummer ... wish there were more 24/22 options.

Don't like the 'racing' straps and the shark is the wrong color ... :(

I like the leather of the Marone Old Vintage Calf the best of what I see of the current straps. Could probably also be talked into the Mocha Buffalo Vintage, Havana Old Vintage or the Mustard Calf. I'm really looking for something in the brown family.

Does not have to be a pilot strap with the rivets, in fact I'd prefer not if I have a choice. Standard length. Just needs to be 24mm at the lugs and take the 22mm screw-in 'Pre-V' buckle, which I already have.

Thanks!

OK Tom, we have nothing in brown in the 24/22mm...sorry!  We do have some straight 24/24 however, originally intended for the CSAR and Airforce lines.  If you are interested in this size, I would be happy to throw in a 24mm buckle to enable you to wear it.  Let me know if you are interested!  We have a dark brown, medium brown and mustard color in the 24/24 and I believe I have both stainless and black buckles.

Thanks!

here's the Grand Marquis on the Havana Old Vintage but I think it will go on the Marone vintage later today...I think it needs a darker styrap?...if anyone grabs a Marine Timer strap I think it is the nicest of the bunch along with the Lizard hand6.gif

Thanks for the offer!

I had a spare 22mm buckle which is why I was looking for a 24/22. If you had a 24/22 option in black without the large holes in the black rally strap that oagaspar posted it would work too.

Is the dark brown you speak of the strap that is in the buckle pictures on the website?

Also, other than the color, is it the same strap as the mustard calf and the same price?

Thanks!

Ok, the only 24/22 we have are the shark and the rally style (with the holes)...the 24/24 are the "normal" Csar straps that come in 4 colors, the black, of course, and then the dark brown, medium brown and mustard in the picture below (sorry about the nasty pic, but you get the idea).

So yeah, if any of those work for you, we can provide a 24mm buckle to help the transition...we have it in the PreV in stainless or black.  We don't have these "Csar" straps in the store yet; just order the 24mm mustard that is in the store, at that price, and then specify in the "comments" section that you want the CSAR strap and whatever color.  Drop me a pm with which strap and which buckle you want and I will make sure it gets put together.  Sorry about the confusion; hopefully we will get these CSAR straps in the store soon!

My Triton just got her orange-stitched shark strap from Debaufre. Can't beat the prices! (The S&W Performance Center Jerry Miculik Revolver sold separately.)

I don't know Chris personally, but he and the Debaufre crew are top notch when it comes to great product and super customer service! I ordered my Marine Timer first thing this morning. The MT will be my fourth watch from Debaufre. God help me when they put their orange Airforce on sale!!!yourock.gifyourock.gifyourock.gif

Thanks for your efforts, but I'm just not feelin' any of those ... :(

The shark is starting to grow on me ... thanks to JDBuckwell ... might have to go that route.

Understood - I just put my Triton on the shark, and didn't realize how nice it was until I saw it on the watch...not trying to influence you, just my own observation!

Hey Hoop - if you are referring to the picture of the straps above in this thread, yes, the dark brown with white stitching is available, in 24mm only.

OK, we are crossing forums here ;)  These are all available in 22mm ONLY; the rustic is sold out, the marone and mocha are just about sold out (might have one or two left as of today) but we we have the two middle ones, the marine timers.
