Hey Orsa guys,

I am new here and found the site in search of Orsa. I honestly don't recall how I came across Orsa but have wanted one from the get go. I love the orange orsa and have tried to find one without any luck. However, I am very excited about the monstrum's I have read about. I have a few doxa's which I love but for the price and looks...Orsa will be hard to beat. I can't wait to add to my collection. I love tool watches and especially big watches. At 47mm I think the monstrum will fit the bill. Sorry for the long post but it is my first to the site. The others will be shorter........I promise.

Any suggestions for my first Orsa?

Thanks,
Scottie

A Sea Angler would be a good start (since the Monstrum wont be out til later this year) - you can still find them every now and then on the sales forums.   Here's my 3T Sea Angler...

And welcome aboard 3T, keep posting!  hand6.gif

Thanks for the input. I did read where they were making 10 more 3T's. How are those distributed? Basically who gets first shot at those or are they already gone? Probably already been answered but you know how newbies are:shock:

Welcome aboard Scottie. ;) Yea the Orsa's are very cool.

I have my name in the hat for the 3T Orsa and patiently waiting. :)

And I have a feeling I will end up with 2 maybe 3 of the newer ones before it is over.

I really like the monstrum look. But once I knock down my wish list more I will search out the Orange Sea Angler Orsa possibly or the Lume if I can find them. :D

scottie i own a sub 750t but the sea angler lume keeps it off my wrist for a lot longer than it should. You wont be disapointed if you get one ,but you will need to change the rubber strap to make it as good to wear as a doxa ,just my opinion.

Thanks again for all of the input. I'm still in search of the Orange Orsa. I had the opportunity to buy Andy's 3t and let it slide by. Wish I would have picked it up now. Live and learn....story of my life.

As an owner of both Doxa and Orsa watches I can say without a doubt you won't be disappointed in a Sea angler or Monstrum. You like big too watches... the Orsas are the very essence of tool watches imho.

Welcome to 3T and please keep us updated on the serach. I have an Oragnina Sea angler which I love and they'll have to pry from my cold dead hands to get away from me!!

Again Welcome to 3T!!

Orangina is the Orsa given name to the orange Sea Angler supposedly. First Sea anglers produced... 50 made. Check the daily post... you'll usually see a Sea angler of one flavor or the other. I'm down for a green Monstrum and would like to get in on the 3T edition Sea angler if any more are produced.

Here's mine:

Orsa is an excellent watch for the money. I have the Black Sea Angler and have been very happy with it. BTW, I also have the Doxa 750 Pro. Both watches are definite keepers in the collection. :D

I am a Mark but certainly noth the one who gave up an Orangina!! You'll need to pry mine off my lifeless body...

We have a Marc, owner of Island Watches and all around stand up guy...

But I think we are all thinking of Mark/Captainobvious who just had his Orangina with sapphire and on a sweet Watchadoo up for sale... and now sold...

Is that the Mark or is there another Mark in play??toon1.gif

Markjnk that just sold his t-graph sharkhunter and had it posted on 3t. He also made some inquiries about a bracelet for the Orangina.
You know.............that Mark! I knew him from the Doxa forum. He seems to be a great guy.hand6.gif

Yes there is another Mark in play, and I be him!  I've been here for a short while, and just recently started posting and contributing.  I found this site due to the whole JV/Doxa fiasco, so I guess something good did come of that.

Scottie Smith (if that's your real name LoL), your Orangina is being expressposted today.  I hope you enjoy it!

boy10.gif

p.s. I just made a trade with ANOTHER Marc from Canada (Time2watch)... we are taking over the WIS world!
