My six year old daughter and I enjoyed a quick meal of grilled Boudin this evening. This is the first time I have ever grilled it. I usually steam it. It was wonderful. I keep forgetting about this Jenn-Air grill in our kitchen. With the temps over 100F for a while it has just been too hot to grill out. For those that don't know what Boudin is, Wikipedia will tell you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boudin ![]() |

Didn't even fix anything with them. Just gorged ourselves on just the Boudin. It is pretty well a meal in itself. In fact, we didn't even make it to the table. We stood right by the grill and chowed down. smile8.gif |
