I just got a Fundhundert in a trade. I was a little leary trading my Doxa Carib. for it, but the guy offered me a good chunk of cash to boot, so I decided to go for it. Man, I'm glad I did. I was blown away with the quality of this watch. Sorry, I don't have any pics, but everyone already knows what it looks like. I know I'll probably get flamed by some of you, but I like the Kaz much more than the Doxa. It just flat out kicks ass

Congrats on the Kazi 500,,,imo it's one of the top tacticals out there in it's price range and even higher...we may love our Doxas here and I love all of my Kazimons and feel they are a better build...especially since they are 100% Swiss/German...

I have both a Doxa 5000T and two Kazimons (500 & 1000) The lume on the doxa is far better, but I like the Kazimons too. I really like the 500, I just wish Kazim would make a metal bracelet for it.

Congrats! This Kazimon model is a limited serial and far rarer than most actual Doxa models. The case was most likely made by the famous Fricker house who's working for Kobold and many known other brands. With Kazimon, there's no controvercy about the piece's origin: It's ALL 100% German&Swiss parts. You pay for what you get: You don't pay for the "prestige". About the lume, I don't own any Doxa but I own the last model of Kazimon, the 1500. The lume is superbe.

I just sent an email to Brian (BJ straps) to see if he can make a custom 24mm black leather strap for the 500 that's notched down to 12mm at the lugs. I'll probably go with red stitching to match the seconds hand and red on the dial.

I have the lug extenders, but I don't care for them very much. I'd rather have the strap attach directly to the case. Also, do you have any pics of the straps that Jenna made you?
