It will be about 7 weeks before we can deliver the Dievas Vortex to those who preordered. So why not make use of this chance to gather some alternative strap options? To those who has the Vortex now, please take a picture and post it in here everytime you put a new strap on it. Who knows what we might do with the ideas.  Ill go first. my next strap experiment will be to see if my 22mm sinn large deployment strap will fit (crosses fingers)..ill post pics if it does

Just my opinion but I think a black leather strap would fit the Vortex perfectly although Oscar's post of his new Vortex on a brown leather strap is really a deadly combo. I liked that post a whole lot.;)

the Vortex looks awesome on any combo of strap imho....I just put mine on a black lizard pilots strap with ss hardware and white stitch and I have to say it looks sweeeet!....soon as it stops raining here I'll get some pics up....the strap really dreeses the Vortex up but keeps the tactical/mil look alive.yahoo.gif

I was nicely surprised at how well the large SINN deployment fit. the buckle and the case are so close in finish, you have to strain to see a difference. Since the "transplant" was pic intensive i made a quick and dirty p-shop web gallery. It can be found here

Very cool!

How about trying it on a black matt elephant skin panerei style strap, extra thick to fill up the height of the case I think the grain would look awesome with the bead finish of the case
