I am confused regarding who, how and where the Vortex is built. Can someone clarify exactly where this watch is assembled (Ficker or Dievas), who tests the watch (done twice? Fricker and Dievas) and how the whole process progresses (Dievas receive a fully assembled watch and does separate testing)?

I really appreaciate any input.

Thanks,

Mark

All our watches are asembled in Switzerland or Germany depending on the range. The Vortex in this case it made and assembled in Germany.

And once it reaches our boutique in Singapore, we have our inhouse watchmaker to do another through test.

1. Timing on WITCHI machine
2. Checking of amplitude on the timing achine
3. Check for water resistant ratings on WITCHI machine
4. Testing of power reserves

Should any of the above fails, it will be returned to the factory for rectifications.

And all these are very time consuming given that we have quite of few models in our collection now.

Sincerely
Dievas Watch Company

We have been made aware of false allegations made about the manufacturing legality of our new watches. We can confidently assure everyone, all the employees at the company attend to any watch related and after sales enquires as genuine, honest and courteous as we can.

However Dievas Watch Company as an independent watch company has no obligations to reveal any of our supplier or sales information to the public. An exemption is made for this and only case due to the severity of the accusations, we hereby release an official statement from our manufacturing partner to clear the air.

In future, if there are doubts, we can be reached quite easily either by email or phone for official verification. There is absolutely no need to spread unfounded and baseless rumors. With this official release, we take this to be all and end all regarding the matter. There will be no further discussions. We like to spend the time designing and building better watches instead of wasting it attending to ridiculous allegations.

Thank you for your patience.

Well put Anders and just too bad these cretin rise from the muck they inhabit to belittle that which they have NO personal knowledge of. Anyone who believes the garbage coming from the source of the allegations should have their head examined!

Wow can't believe there are such allegations made about your company and products. I am sorry that you have to deal with such ill spirited things instead of focusing on making the wonderful watches you are known for. I think your products speaks for itself and you/Dievas will be ok. The right people know the truth and have faith in you and your products and your EXCELLENT customer service!Thumbsup3.gif
I wasn't aware of those accusations(alleged) but am still looking forward to #55 ;) and hopefully more Dievas watches if $$ allows.
I wish you and your company success and much fun in doing what you love(we love too)!!hand6.gif

Kudos Anders!....we had no doubt here on 3T and in the Dievas forum of the origins of any of your watches because your integrity has always been well known among seasoned WIS! thankyou.gif

...and I have to agree with Mark in that anyone listening to the BS being spewed by a newb with little watch knowledge does need to check themselves and start considering the source...funny how all the false remarks by this person have now disappeared!face4.gif

Sorry that you feel that way, but I have never said a cross word about either Anders or Dievas. I belong to a handful of sites and participate in discussions. In the thread that you are referring to, I was surprised about what was said and was hoping that it was not true...in fact, it wasn't and I am happy about that since I ordered one.

Best regards

you feel able to say this now since all the derrogatory Vortex threads have disappeared from that forum so be careful what you say he who speak with forked tongue as you said nothing good to back Anders/Dievas up and was aggreeing with everything said there....matter of fact you were the messenger copying posts and threads from here!...so you apparently must like stirring the pot with 2 spoons! :D

What I passed along was positive news, nothing critical. It was basically letting people see an opposing point that proved that Anders was telling the truth...

Unfortunately, the posts are no longer there...I have no control over that since I am only a member & watch enthusiast. I assure you that nothing that I posted was negative or showed the Vortex in a bad manner.  I am sorry that you cannot verify this, but it is true.

Thank you
