Long time no post...

Have been playing around with straps on that watch for some time - final result below. That's the way she will stay for a longer time. The strap is a Taikonaut "Riveted Buffalo Leather". Thick and soft. The buckle that came with the strap was not to my taste - a large fishtail that better fits a Pammy, so I replaced it with a Fortis folding buckle.

And the obligatory wrist shots:

Very nice strap there. I like how thick it is! Lovely watch too. I like fortis watches. The fortis-bug was the main reason I became interested in watches in a WIS-way mistake.gif

the b-42 cosmonaut gmt is next on my to-get list. If my jobb application falls through I might have to celebrate by getting it at last.

Good to see you at 3T, Markus! That's a great looking combo. The strap really compliments the nature of the 24 hour Fortis. Great pictures too!!

Just 40 mm - but "all dial"(*). I have small wrists, 6.5 inch...

(*) actually the dial/crystal on the 40 mm Fortis is larger than on the Fortis B-42!
