After the discussions in "What would you like to see next" I can present you the first drawings from the next model with cushion case, I hope you like it. I will call it Remora or Tarpon. Case diameter will be 44mm Height 15mm domed sapphire glass 120 click bezel Miyota 8215 automatic 500m water resistant Bezel is full steel even when it looks on the first picture as if it has an inlay. Ralf, This looks fantastic. The first dial layout is very original, IMHO. I also like the blue dial, if you can truly keep it at that color. It is a very unique hue. Regarding the name, I think Remora or Tarpon are both great ideas. How much will it cost and when do you expect release? Amos |

hmmm... the body of the case is very nice... I know it's a design/prototyping stage, but it looks like you took the sea devil/ barracuda and replaced the middle section. To me the lugs looks a bit out of place.. it's very similar to the first two watches... It would be nice if the 'cushion' part of the case can extend to the lugs area (and maybe make the lugs a bit shorter) ... to make that will make it look like it's one piece. sorry not trying to thread crap.. just giving my 2 cents FWIW. I dig it! I too thought that the case needed to extend a little further making the lugs less pronounced but once I studied the case from diff angles I think it'll be sweet the way it is in the drawings. BTW, I think the Barracuda hands on the blue would look slick... |

Here is a side view. I know the lugs look very long , but they will be only as long as necessary to make a case to lug bar distance of 2mm and make an easy strap change possible. If you compare it with lugs of the SD you see they will be shorter   |

I really like the case. Although it's a cushioned case there is a bit of a panerai look to it. Keep the dials very simple and I think this one could look very classy with a croc band and deployment |

I find the "sunburst" look on silver to just be simply stunning(like on the Doxa Searambler) ! I guess which ever finish you think will look better since you have privy to the sample.. Either way this looks to be a big winner... Are the lugs 24 or 22? I am tired of 24mm's so hoping for 22mm but certainly not a deal breaker.. |

I think the case looks very nice. I really like the silver dial, but I think the numerals need to pop a little more. Can they be outlined in black or even better orange? At the risk of making it too Doxa-ish, an orange minute hand would also look nice. Very cool case and dial designs! |

The lugs will be 24 mm because I think a 22 is to small for a 44mm case, (and another reason, very important for me, is that nearly my whole strap collection is 24mm;)) The numbers and markers on the silver and sea foam dial will be black outlined, like on the yellow and orange Sea Devil I the chances for a orange minute hand option are very good. The last one will get a black case a black lume dial and black markers and will be stealthy and also readable |

Hi Ralf, Great effort. Since the last few watches I've purchased have all had arabic 12, 3, 6, 9, I must say I really like the first dial. Can you explore that a bit more? For example, it mightlook great in the silver, and have a little stealthy aspect. For more contrast, perhaps you could actually raise the markers, rather than print/paint. Ball watches do this and the effect is stunning. (Probably add to cost tho...) As another previous poster said, I think you've got to have at least one with the signature orange minute hand. The early pre order will start after it got a name. I think anodized is again a good idea for the dials, I really love it. What do you mean with Doxa type, do you mean brushed from the middle to outside? I think it looks also good in brushed from 12 to 6. |
