One of my son's favorites. That's a 50 foot shark. Some say ancestor of the Great White, some say an evolutionary dead-end.

Is it truly extinct? Like we even know what's in the ocean...

I like that name too, and if I make the big Benarus I will call it Megalodon,  a watch with this name should be minimum 47mm imo

When I look at Ralf's amazing elegant design, an ugly eel isn't what comes to mind.

Keeping the name 'fish' out of the name, imho, is the better way to go.
Can hardly wait to see more pics!

Look at the Moray! Too bad we can't have a dial that is that color green! That would look pretty awesome with PVD. Cool pics.

Okay -- this might be a silly question, but when does the voting end, or will there be another round of the top picks, since I see lots of 1 votes?

The sooner the voting ends, the sooner pre-orders can begin.

That's right! Perfect color. I bet its probably too late to suggest a new color though. Maybe next watch I guess.

I'd be in for one. I bet you could sell 50, but of course I am basing this on no actual information. The 3t colored watches seem to sell pretty well, but I am only basing this on anecdotal observations.  Anyone else? I'd want it to be a little  deeper parrot/moray green than the bright fluorescent of the 3t logo as well.

I have to admit that I also like this moray color, if you can please give me a pantone number. what about a green like Kawasaki has on their bikes?

Ralf,

Sorry to comment on a project that is possible after the current project you were actually asking opinions about, but...

If you build the Megalodon...I and everyone I know will buy one.  In fact, put me down now for #2.  47mm with 26mm lugs?  Yes!

Still waiting for my PVD Sea Devil!

Cheers.

Ok I put your name behind #2 of the unseen Megalodon.
47mm for the case, a bit more for the bezel and if possible 26mm lugshand6.gif

As far as the Moray Green I would say Panatone #354 or that type. In my opinion the Kawasaki green is a little too lime green for me personally, but it would be very close to the three T color. I guess I am looking for a deeper green, but that is just my individual opinion.

That is really a difficult part, the one thing with the color dials is they sell much harder than black, and the next is which green color exactly.
I think the pantone 313 is a good choice for the sea foam and I also think and hope it will sell.
If we can decide which Moray green, or better which pantone # and at least 10 of you say yes I will order one, I will make another green dial. But I have the fear that a green dialed diver is really hard to sell.
I know there are not many on the market, but this is not without reason.

Should we start a separate thread and see if we can gauge interest for a green dialed diver? If this is a total hassle for you to add another color at this point. I'll leave the issue be obviously. Thanks.

Start the thread and try it.
If there is enough interest and you know what kind of green  for me it is not a hassle to add it
.:)
