Ralf was kind enough to lend me the yellow Sea Devil prototype. Here are some impressions. The case is awesome - despite the size it fits my tiny 6.75" wrist excellent. The finish feels even a notch better than the Barracuda. The bracelet is similar to the Barracuda. The absolute highlist is the dial. It's very hard to catch in pictures, but it has a very cool metallic touch. I'm sure the other colors will look great too! I didn't try for a lume shot as the lume on the hands was ok, but the lume on the dial was not yet up to production standard (this will be solved on the production examples). Here are some pics - unfortunately they didn't turn out as good as I hoped, but I didn't have much time :-(
I can't wait till yellow #16 arrives at my door step :-)

New to the Forum, and wanting to pick up the yellow dial Sea Devil. I am having problems deciding on the blasted, or brushed case finish.

I currently have a brushed Colt II, and a blasted Laca "B" LE so I like both finishes.

I am tilted slightly to the blasted flat finish due the the dimensions of the case, and I really want to key in on the "tool watch" look on this one.

Thanking you in advance for any comments.

Hi Roha, welcome to 3T!!!

Your problem is one shared by all WIS, what color dial, what kind of case, metal bracelet, leather strap, rubber strap....it drives us all crazy  crap.gif.

Luckily Ralf helps with the bracelet/strap question by including all three snoopy1.gif

I settled the dial/case question by buying two watches....that way I am covered.

All kidding aside if you go to Ralf's website you can try different combination and purchase the one that speaks to you the loudest.....you will not be disappointed regardless of the combo you pick

Couldn't say 100% for sure if it is brushed or blasted....I'm sure Ralf will see this and chime in

The yellow pictured in Micha's photos is the bead blasted. Go to this address to see the orange in brushed.
