The Remoras are here! I will be contacting those on the reservation list on Monday November 7th for final purchase details. I will also begin selling the remaining watches from our website next week. The price on the website will be $680 + Shipping. These watches turned out fantastic. The sapphire bezel and crystal together is amazing. The bracelet is outstanding, clasp, divers extension, smooth threading screws in the links. The new dials are crisp, the printing and lume is awesome.

I just realized I need to wait about 2 more weeks to get the 22mm rubber strap in that we are shipping with these. I have been waiting so long to get the Remoras in that I just posted away and forgot about the rubber. I can offer a leather strap from our website instead of rubber for those that would like the watch now.

Will the bracelets be available to the Remora I owners in the near future?

I may have enough rubber straps for the reservations. We have 200 more rubber straps coming soon. I will still allow the customers to choose rubber or leather if they want one over the other.

Wow, this look great Steve! Well worth the wait. Actually, the wait wasn't that long but it's the longest I've ever waited for a new watch.

And I noticed the drilled lugs--another awesome improvement in my book.

Offering a leather strap would be great!! Rubber never fits me right anyway.

I'm going to wear out my "send/receive" button waiting for your email :)

Please, a lume shot while we wait??...just to add to the anticipation!!

I would definitely take one of the leathers over a rubber.
I had wanted to move this over to leather anyway.

Nice photo Oscar. We only made 2 PVD Remoras this last round, the other one was a green dart dial. I am working on a remora design that will look best in PVD and we will make a small production run of them in the future, more details later.

I was able to acquire a pre-loved Remora I with the black dial but I had really wanted a blue dial.  As soon as Steve announced the pre-order for the Remora IIs, I slapped down a deposit and sold the Remora I.  If I could have I would have kept both but I do really like the blue.  Like Steve said, the bracelet came out great.  It was very easy to size.  The lume kicks butt...the whole watch is just awesome.  Sorry for the lousy cell phone pic.

Cheers,

Paulie

I like the black strap with the green dial.  I haven't had a chance to try mine yet.  I picked up a few other straps as well.

I usually wear a watch to bed be/c I have no bedside clock right now.  The Remora lume lasts a long, long time.  I think it outshines the Seiko Orange Monster.  Maybe because the dial of the Remora is bigger?  I don't know but it's definitely more legible and just appears brighter to me.  I've always like the C3 on the Remora's uncluttered dial.

Hmm, not sure why my pic disappeared.  Maybe I goofed the "paste"?  I know it's the right size.  Photobucket says it's 480 x 600 (88 kb).  Let's try this:

The Miyota 9015 is keeping phenomenal time!! In a week and a half it's gained only 3 sec. I've been wearing it non-stop, taking it off only to shower. How is everyone else making out?

Compared with time.gov it's running -3sec over a week (excellent) and against desktop clock it's running +7sec (pretty darn good).  So far, so good!
