Thanks to Oscar for the invite.  I think I've been a WIS ever since buying my first Rolex Date Just back in the mid 1980s but didn't start buying lots of watches until the past 5 years or so.  My passions are dive watches (even though I don't dive any longer) and my favorites are Omegas on the Swiss side and Seikos on the Asian side.

I enjoy buying and selling and upgrading my collection in the process.  I also do a bit of watch modding and customizing.   Again, thanks for the invite.  Hope I can contribute from time to time.  I've attached a pic of one of my favorite Omegas.

Ray welcome aboard, it is the best WIS community I have come across to date. I am a member of a few forums but mostly lurk on them. But enjoy active participation here. ;)

Look forward to seeing more of your beauties. That one there is lovely. hand6.gif

I mostly delve into mods that give existing watches a different look.  Mostly bezel, hands, and bracelet mods.  Here are a couple I've done.  Camera_photos.gi

This is a Seiko SKX011J with a stainless bezel from a SKX171 and black outlined hands to match the indeces.  Bracelet is the Seiko Super Oyster with all solid links and double pushbutton deployant clasp.

Here's the venerable Invicta 8927 Two Tone with a Jubilee bracelet - Invicta never made this diver line with Jubilees

Here's a Seiko 6309-7040 from the late 1970s with a Super Oyster bracelet fitted to it.  These divers never came with bracelets and the end links must be modified to fit.
