Upside 3T WIS

It started with a conversation on well crafted objects. A co-worker was talking hand tools and I brought up my fascination with fountain pens then he brought up watches. Nothing would ever be the same again. February I bought an Oris TT2-it was a week before Valentines-great timing on my part. Still I was hooked. I later inheirited a vintage Caravelle and my Avatar (Rolex Victory). Then an Orient and it's been a slippery slope ever since. In my search for more Orients I bookmarked IslandWatch for future examination. Just recently I found that bookmark again and lo and behold there were lots of other watches that I wanted. The first that caught my eye were the Arbutus' (top of the list, go figure) I wanted to research more about the watch and found 3T. Well here I am a happy new member of this motley crew (said with affection) and saving my pennies for the Arbutus watch and a Trias that caught my eye as well....(slippery slope darn it) and that's how I found these hallowed halls Cheers |
