Are you asking about the shipping costs or the possible VAT tax?

Hi King Kong..I live in Toronto Canada..and when I ordered my Armida A1..it was shipped to me via FedEx..with shipping costs included as stated on the Armida website...I did however, get a bill from FedEx for approximately $25..hope this helps. The way I see it..its a small price to pay for anything Armida..their workmanship is great with equally great customer service....and remember they usually offer a $100 discount when use use the "timetechtalk" in the coupon box.

Yes most time when you get a watch shipped UPS or FedEx express you will pay the "brokerage" fees which are pretty much your customs fees.
I've had to pay them when I ordered from Anders and Peter at Helson, Eddie at TimeFactors... I usually don't have to pay if they ship regular mail or non express or EMS.

If "brokerage fee" means shipping cost, $35 is not out of line. It costs $32.95 to ship a medium size priority mail box from Arizona, USA to Canada.
