There has been some problems with the 3T e-mail notification system where you recieve e-mails to pm's and watched topics. The tech support group is looking into a fix as it has not affected every member, one reason given is that many isp servers/e-mail accounts have increased security firewalls that may be calling these e-mails spam or junk so check your junk e-mail boxes to see if any 3T e-mails notifications are in there and mark them safe...hopefully a easier fix is on the way and I will keep everyone updated.thankyou.gif

Thanks for the post. I was wondering why all email and PM notices from 3T had just plain stopped.

All my PM work fine but they are not noticed on my email. As the comments... On day it works, one week it's gone...Thanks for taking care of that and opening this topic to inform us Oscar! ThumbsUp02.gif

Oscar...I don't think that is the problem.  I have stopped getting email notices of new post and pm's also.  I use Firetrust MailwasherPro and have it set to list the headers of all suspected Spam so that I can verify if they are truly spam or not and then blacklist them if I deem they are.  Even still, the headers show up in Mailwasher as blacklisted and are auto deleted when I click on "process maiL'...I do this as a safety device to insure I do not miss mail I truly want.

I have not received an enail notification since 18 NOV.

My email notifications have just (last couple of hours) restarted. That's the first email alerts/notifications since 19th November.

It's very good to be getting alerts again.

On my part, this is exactly what happened.  I was not receiving my email notifications and Oscar at the time, did a reset in the system and then it was back on to stop the day after.  I then realized that all my notifications were going to my spam box.  I'm using GMAIL account and since I removed them from spam, everything is ok. hand6.gif
