it's been a while since i had the ecozilla (all 3 variants) but i have recently pushed the button on an autozilla. I recall walt's adaptors were the most comfortable for me (more so than suppas) but the only thing was that the steel bracelet version was the only one that didn't have the lug gap when the spring-bar adaptors were installed. Did I see a filler steel piece somewhere once that filled the gap? The only adaptor i haven't tried is the nato one but the only thing stopping me is that dreaded lug gap....

For me the Suppa are best: They fit the line of the watch perfectly. They don't look like sticks who are popping out as they did not belong there: It feels original to the watch. Mine are in steel but I'm thinking about upgrading them in blasted titanium. I don't get it with your gap thing... If I have a tiny gap with my mesh, it's just because the mesh is not exactly 24mm. Because both my lugs have like 23.97mm space in between.   Looks ok on a strap as well but I prefer the mesh...

Yes the suppas look good and the mesh is a nice combo I guess the walts ones just felt more comfortable on for me

Did you try both? I like the Suppa for the look and find my Zilla incredibly comfortable for the size it has. Took it 1 week in Crete lately and with the mesh who breath, even under 38 degrees C. heat, I never felt uncomfortable or sweaty on the wrist. To me the Walts look like they don't belong there because of the hole they let appear... Thing is that they are maybe shorter and if your wrist isn't wide enough for this watch with Suppas: Yes, it will fit better... With Suppas, the Autozilla is around 55.8mm from lugs to lugs. The Suppas are not specially long: The watch is already 48mm in diameter, mesuring on the bezel's outer-edge.

Yes I have tried suppas and walts on all three variants of the Ecozilla and just subjectively I liked the walts on the steel version. The suppas are actually very nice and look like they were made for the watch: I haven't seen the to version yet. The one improvement I would have made to the suppas would be to tap the lugs and use a 2mm threaded lug bar in lieu of the springbars, a bit like the panerai egizianos. I never tried the Ecozilla... Not so found of those hybrid movements: I go for the 100% mechanical. The Suppas are giving a Pam look on the lugs, I like it.

Lol is am the exact same: no watch rather than non mechanical The ecozillas were a trial to see if I would like the autozilla, I just ended up buying and flipping all 3 variants. At one point I looked into a conversion to a mechanical movement (for ti Ecozilla) but was turning out nearly as expensive at an auto. I end up being diverted (the Armida a1 had just come out) but finally recently got hold of the auto. The ti suppas were in the pipeline at that point but I lost touch with the whole Zilla thing....

The AutoZ. is a greatly thought and made diver/adventurer watch. It's light for the size, wears very comfy, can be demounted to be cleaned in the bezel system, takes no hairlines with it's Duratec surface, has a high bezel who protect efficiently the crystal, got an amazing lume performance...And mine showed +1.8 sec/day over 10 days wearing: Impressive. Only downs, but not handicaps when you get use to them: Crown thread is thin and can be tricky if you're not carefull, the movement isn't hacking. But it's unbeatable for the price as they are available for around 800buks on certain places on the net also considering that it's an in house product...

Well...I definitely like the Suppa adapters that William has posted up in this thread. I have definitely thought about trying out the recently available Ti Suppas as they would be a great fit for the Autozilla/Ecozilla case. I went with the Walt adapters for my Autozilla long before the Suppas were widely available. I do like the fact that the Suppas fill the "gap" that you are talking about...the implementation of the Suppas looks more like a factory solution due to the filling of that gap. The Suppas are definitely longer lug-to-lug, so depending on your wrist size you may find that the Walt adapters give you a better fit with no "wrist overhang" if you have a wrist on the smaller side of average. I actually think that the Walt adapters lend even more of a "tool" feel to the Autozilla while the Suppas (at least to me), lend more of a 'from the factory' feel. I think they are both great adapters and, in the end, yield great strap possibilities to one of the coolest tool watches around. A few pics of mine on the Walt adapters (for reference on the wrist shots...my wrist is a smallish/average 7.25"):

I have seen spacer steel pieces to fill in the gap somewhere (for the walts) They were separate pieces to the adaptor Just cannot locate post....
