I have a stripped crown on my A1 bronze, so I emailed them last week. I figured that they didn't respond because of the Chinese New Year, but I have still not heard anything.

Edit: Oh never mind...I see that the website says closed until Feb 11.

Sidenote: I noticed that the new A1 bronze has a bronze crown now instead of the titanium one my watch came with. I wonder if the switch is due to this issue. My watch is not the first instance I have heard of this happening.
