Wow, want to see something weird. look at the time on my Black Sea angler in the photo above, then look at the time on O.A. Gaspar's Black Sea Angler in his group shot. EXACTLY the same time. Freaky.

For those of us who are new how about a permanent post with a bio and history of Orsa? That would be helpful to me and others who aren't familiar with the brand. Thanks and welcome Orsa!

Impressive. just impressive. It will give the UX and the Sumo a run for wrist time, that's for sure. Watchadoo is already attached, upgrades the watch even more. I just returned from an exhausting business trip to Berlin yesterday night, will put up some more detailed impressions shortly.

"how do these look in clubs?"

To be honest, no super luminova watch will glow at night unless you charge it up with a very bright light source to begin with, in which case it will be visible in the dark.  Its never going to be as bright as say, a phosphorescent "glow stick" though.  In a dimly lit club, you'll be able to tell the time, but no one will notice the glow of the watch from across the room.

I'd put the 3T Orsa's lume factor on par with new Seikos (like a Monster), which are probably the best.

Oh I wasn't rephrasing your question, I just didn't want to "quote" the thread and have a giant post with repeated material.  Nothing wrong with your English at all!

Looks great, did you get your strap from the Ebay seller (who's name I forget?). You can also get these straight from Germany:

http://www.uhrenbaender.de/Edelstahlband_Massiv_gerader_Anschluss.html]http://www.uhrenbaender.de/Edelstahlband_Massiv_gerader_Anschluss.html
I originally got a chrome/brushed band like the one in your post above from Ebay, it just barely fit between the lugs. I took it to my local (former) jeweler and asked him to carefully sand down the last link (where the springbar goes) and brush off the chrome. He made such a total hash of the job that he became my former jeweler...

Then I went to a Ukranian guy who was recommended to me, and for $40 (almost the cost of the band!) he did a beautiful "satin-brush" job, well worth it... but I should have just bought from the German site in the first place!

Anyway, pics... excuse my fingerprints. One day I'll be as good a macro photographer as you guys...

Tom

GoFast: Did you have any problem fitting your bracelet onto the SA? As I wrote, I had to get mine sanded down, it just barely didn't fit between the lugs. Other than that, it's a great combination, better than the Watchadoo bracelet, IMHO.  Weighs half a ton though.. my girlfirend says "It's not a watch, it's a lethal weapon....."

Hahaha... I know what you mean,  I can only wear my SA on this bracelet for about 2 days then it gets uncomfortable and I have to put on my Black Monster on Stainless to give my arm a rest....

A lot of things about that Sea Angler are custom.  First off, the orange dialed Sea Angler had an orange bezel, not black (three one-offs were made by Kent Parks which had a black bezel and orange dial, but those also had relumed dials and hands).  The hands here are also not stock, as they are more B&R than the Eterna style hands on other Sea Anglers.

A very cool one of a kind Sea Angler!

You are correct sir, the watch came with a orsa card authorized by Kent Parks. The original min hand was chipped. Had a watch repair friend of mine replace the hands. The lume is off, but had trouble locating the Eterna style hands you spoke of. Added the red sweeper by his suggestion. At first I was fishy with it, but now, It looks like it should have been there all along.
