All great choices......wearing my black dial Vostok K3 Submariner!

.........just turned a buddy of mine onto the fun "inexpensive" watches and dealing with pacifichrono.  He previosly only collected Vacheron, Rolex, Patik and the like.  He now has the NEW blue dial K3 with the red sweep hand on it.

This is my black dial.........photo stolen from elsewhere!

He found it on the Internet and laughed at the price because it was so low.  He wanted it!!!  All I did was hook him up with Tom for the special 3T pricing!!!

He is a happy camper.............I saw him yesterday and he said he had worn the watch for 3 days in a row, which he has never done before!!!

Yep, that's what happened to me. I had the exact watch Ken is wearing. The non-quick date gizzmo had me putting it on eBay not too long after. I bought a Seiko Black Knight with the funds from that sale. Still have it. One of my favs.

I bought the white knight, but for some reason, I very rarely wear it.  My otange knight gets a lot more wear.....................perhaps I should trade it for a black knight!!!

Interesting. At one time EVERYONE was raving about the white knight. It is a gorgeous watch for sure. I remember buying the black knight, but I felt I must have missed something because everyone thought the white knight was sooooo much better. So, I finally bought one.

However, it sits much like yours in my watchbox, unworn. Of the three knights I own, I wear the black one 80% of the time. I sold the rubber strap that came on my orange knight. That was a mistake. It looked the best with that strap. I have it on a bracelet now. I know you hate the rubber strap, but I put it on my white knight and it did look pretty cool. The rubber strap looked incredible on the black knight too. When the weather warms back up, I'll order one again.

And I was one of those "ravers"...............It is a beautiful watch, but it gets no wrist time.  On the other hand, my Orange Knight gets a lot of week end wear.....I put it on a 22mm nylon recon strap that I did a little "custom" work on!  I still love it!
