"Wurstslat" (literal translation "sausage salad"), made from polony, emmental cheese, yellow bell peppers, onions and pickles with a pickle water/mustard dressing, served with panfied potatoes:
It's easy to make, just chop the ingredients and prepare a dressing from pickle water and some mustard and/or mayo, mix the other ingredients with the dressing and let it marinate in a cool place for two or three hours.
