from Citizen Watch Co. USA................ This is notification of shipment of your item. Our reference R147396 Your claim number DURONIO Your item was shipped via UPS GROUND RESIDENTIAL Most dont know, but I had an issue with my Citizen Autozilla, which in my opinion, did not keep a charge when fully wound. I purchased the watch used, but it still had time left on the 5 year warranty. They told me to send it and they would be able to go by the serial # on the back to determine if it still was under warranty. I had no receipts or proof of purchase. The long and short....complete movement replacement  Says a lot about the company IMHOperfect.gif Looking forward to having this bad/boy on the wrist again next week.
