I got shipping conformations on the 2 orders that I made, much earlier in the night.  I must have placed the orders right when the pages were uploaded to the server.  What are the odds.

We will see what happens, but I had an order from Sierra Trading Post canceled for a similar reason.  They did honor the price on one watch but that was it.

No shipping comfirmation for me yet Eric, but I just got an e-mail confirming my order. No shipping details as of yet and all prices are still the same.

I went to the web site and found the tracking # for the orders.

I tend to not get e-mail shipping conformation from them until after the merchandise has arrived.

Good luck!!!

....We have always supported Tim as one of us WIS on any forum we have been involved with including 3T but not the venues he is selling on....that has always been something we felt was uncontrollable and better left alone....we are a true WIS watch forum and not a shopping show forum.:)

I don't believe any of this was intentional.....I really think it was just a screw up, other than some questionable CS in the past they seem to be a pretty straight shottin company....not like some other networks, at least based on my experience.

whether intentional or not Nick it was a pretty big ooops! as it seems some WIS received the "major markdowns" or believe they have as advertised here and that is yet to be seen also the Girondolo 8Ball at $382. would be considered a major markdown by all but at $699. it was at the exact same price it had always been at as well as the other show items most of us would have had interest in....it appears someone was aware of these low prices or esle they would not have been there for 3 hrs and a tip would have never been posted by TT imho.....as I said I am sure Tim is as shocked as most of us to the turn of events but nonetheless it happened and CS fell flat on their faces in how they are handling it and I have always been more than satisfied with all of my watch purchases from JTV  ;)

I hope its not a Trend!

My Bank and One of my Credit Card Companies have been treating me this way as well.

We forgot to post your payment, now you are late and owe us a late fee subtlelaugh.gif

Well just like the old Shop at Home JTV CS has been unimpressive too. Should be company service not customer service for they are more concerned about the company than the customer. :(

I have not seen anyone post they recieved a apology from JTV yet. So as I see it they have just become Slop2! :?
