Amazing! What an idea. I think I can make one myself using a big blue polypropelene water pipe and a long sponge or styro-type material to keep each watch in place. Hmmmmm. Will save me tons of cash.;)

That's how I keep my 6ft and 7ft trawling fishing rods when I transport by air. Keeps all my rods totally safe and virtually unscathed going thru airport conveyors and xrays.

I have a hunch it's named after Lord Bamford,
the founder of JCB the manufacturers of road
diggers in Gloucester,England.

His real name is Sir Anthony Bamford, with
a fortune around 950 Million GBP (Great British Pound).
Lord Bamford has a sizable collection of vintage
and historic racing and sports cars.

If anyone have seen Alain de Cadenet's
Victory by Design on Speed Channel,
it features a variety of cars which are owned by
Bamford Excavators. This is the private holding
company of Lord Bamford.

Cheers,
Simon

If you take a look on their website:

http://www.bamfordwatchdepartment.com

You'll find the tube & a $500 tool kit and you can also order the Tag Monaco of your dreams (or nightmares) :shock:Well,as long as your dream Monaco is PVD'd.

Actualy it looks as if you can have several other watches customized, their gallery includes customized:

Rolex Submariner, Rolex GMT, Rolex Explorer II, Rolex Yacht-Master, Rolex Daytona & Rolex Milgauss

Rob
