I'm not trying to beat up on Howard. Just doing my best to relate what happened as factually as possible.:) Thanks Hucky. I won't actually be in country for a couple of months. Got some training to do beforehand. I will DEFINATELY do what I can to bring me and my guys home in one piece and breathin only through the orifices that god gave us. Haji is a different story; he can have all the mythical virgins he wants.:D

Well, it seems I am late to the party.  Ron definitely has quality merchandise at a very good price.  I have one of his watches (a Marine Diver) bought thru a 3rd party.  I have bought many straps from him and Many deployant clasps which I think are an awesome deal, but as many have said, the CS is an issue.  Sometimes I get my purchase in 4 days...sometimes in 4 weeks.  Email responses are extremely slow, and on occasion, billing errors are made which can only be redeemed as future purchases!

So, with Ron, you need to know what you are in for.  I believe he is honest, bit inefficient!  I would hate to have to deal with him on a CS issue on a big ticket item!

BTW...thank you for your service to our country!!!  It is appreciated!

I bought an IW Black Ocean about two years ago that malfunctioned.  Ron disputed the matter and in the end did not fix my problem (GMT hand wouldn't work).  I ended up selling the watch at a nice loss. coyote2.gif

Thanks Ron.

I will never buy another IW watch and will only buy from someone who will stand behind his product.

Thanks Ken. I appreciate everyones input on this subject; to include the thread hijack about West Coast Time. I like to deal in facts about a subject, and everyones personal experiences on the subject at hand help me, and others like me, make an educated decision. Thanks again for everyones input.ThumbsUp02.gif
