I've had a few of those from Gadget Best Buy (also the same company as Easysource) and have had trouble with them.  They were good to send replacement parts, but the winder would just die again in a few months.  Very cheap electronics.  I know of other people that have had no trouble with them, but both winders I had died within six months, and died again after replacement parts were installed.  I ended up buying a few "irregular" A-Best winders from The Watch Prince.  They were supposed to have minor cosmetic blemishes but I can't find any!  They are a bit more expensive, but are very nice winders.

I purchased a very similar model from this same seller nearly two years ago and it is still running strong. One tip as you can't program the number of revolutions per day; I find my watches stay wound and don't get overwound if I run the unit when I sleep or for abot 8-12 hours per day. You just can't beat the price!!

Paxman I'm trying to understand how they operate. Is it 90 seconds clockwise 90 seconds counter clockwise then off for thirty minutes?

The A-Best winders are an excellent value!! I grabbed a 3 banger on the cheap from the WP!

imho don't waste your money on a cheap winder that could cause more harm than good....buy an Orbita that can be set to the exact revolutions your movement/watch needs ...they have a huge database for every movement made and how to set the winder...do a search on 3T and you will see much on this subjecthand6.gif....for Seikos,Orients and lower end watches you can buy a Steinmart winder that spins for 1hr. and off for 2 for under $30. and it will get the job donewatch2.gif

I honestly don't remember the specifics but can tell you I believe there are three settings on these. Mine doesn't rest for 30 minutes and doesn't spin for 90. I think I have it set for a minute in each direction with several minutes in between cycles.

Sorry, its been awhile...
