So I received my Magico and winder today from slopNBC and guess what...MFers DOA. I never even looked and immediately sized the bracelets(screws!). When finsihed I attmpted to actually use this chunk for time keeping...that was my mistake!! Of course slp is sold out and can only offer a refund. Great deal!! Should I go warrantly from SWI which will cost me $10 plus postage and insurance? Should I send the whole kit and kaboodle back and get my $140? I am so pissed right now I can't think... Seems a big heavy imposing piece of fairly high quality... but how much confidence can I have in a product that arrive DOA? Apparently Tragico's first offering had a lot of DOAs... is this a repeat. that friggin' sux. Send the POS back and get your money back in your pocket - then buy something of quality. There's a serious problem when they sell a watch AND winder for $140 bucks. And given that slop takes about 50% of the sale from the vendor, you do the math and tell me how much the pos is actually worth. Sorry for my salty-speech too, but I watched the vostok-europe models on slop and got po'd at all the lies they tell about the watches. Marc

Another sad story my friend ...when a vendor cares nothing about watches, and cares only about profit...this is what happens.....SLOP will tell you anything to get you to purchase....I found its best to deal with somebody who loves watches

My oppinion and this is not because of Marc, but send it back and look at the Orient divers that IW has. You have to many people who can afford any watch they want recomending them, I am even going to give one a shot. That Sux Pax....I know that feeling too well dealing w/slop :( I have one due tomorrow and I hope it isn't shades of the Invicta/Winder Episode We all went through a Year or so ago  If You really like the Watch call Lior...hopefully they have some in Reserve but according to what I heard on the Last Showing was that they Oversold

ROTFL...damn "Corona Brown Eye". Well, SWI is issuing a UPS call tag and should handle it from there... I have made 3 purchases from slop and got slapped on #3...mea culpa!! Should be a grand experiement and we'll see how true to his word Lior is...
