Yes, an Moray ETA would be my choice. The miyota is the only reason I sold mine.

Sometime, down the road, I'd like to buy a new diver for my wife.  Ideally,I would be 36 mm, mop dial, quartz, and 200 m wr.  If I could give it to her for Xmas next year it would be great.

And when my daughter heads off to college, (that is her in the front of the board in my avatar) in about three years, she will need something nice but rugged.  She is a science geek who loves to get her hands dirty.

This has been discussed before and IMO a good idea, I may disagree on the size, I'm thinking more 38mm to 40mm, but proportionally thinner than a guys watch.

I don't want to speak for Ralf and Steve but I think they would need to have the entire run presold before jumping into it.

But a great idea party.gif

I understand that but the miyota movement was the only reason I was able to afford my Benarus watches.

Prices have crept up and up.

Any future watches I personaly would like the option of going for a cheaper movement or ETA for those that would prefer a swiss movement. everybody is happy then :)

As for my suggestion of a future watch I personally would like something along teh lins of a Sinn EZM1

Yes, simple fact that an ETA movement creates a higher priced watch.

We will be using a Miyota in a new design soon, and that will make the watch more affordable and still have all the other top of the line benefits that you can expect with our watches.

We will also offer at least 1 watch per year that will have an ETA so we can offer a variety of watches and movements.

I am new to the Benarus watch line, and I am waiting for a Sea Devil. As far as the discussion earlier on size I think 47 or 48 mm IMO a good size for a dive watch.
