I'm currently waiting for confirmation from Geneva, to see how long it will take for the other Rolex to be repaired. Which by the way is no longer mine. The store owner,has kindly accepted it as gift from me. I offered to pay for the repair and the rest is history.

This has been a great and inspirational story Simon. It may or may not be appropriate but could I get the name of the store? My family and friends are all in Vancouver and I would happily recommend them based on your experience. The seem like genuine quality people running that store. For starters I know my brothers Rolex requires service and have been looking for a reputable place to recommend to him. Congrats again on everything working out so well for you. It's always nice to hear that someone can get there things back from a B&E.
