Ebay cancelled my odd thomas listing because of ? Dear yamahaki3, You recently listed the following auction-style listing: 130055265190 - ODD Thomas tag heuer prototype case. Good question, Sean. I gues TAG wasn't phishing eBay to protect its "intelectual" property when you bough the darn thing...

Its me with the RLT-29. RLT sold 80-90 of them a while back... I've seen them on the bay but not identified as Tag but rather RLT. You could probably relist it without the Tag info... ![]()

Welcome to the club, Sean. Same thing happened to me. I was selling a watch like this one, calling it a Hamilton tank watch. Cartier objected to eBay, saying "tank" is the exclusive property of Cartier. What a chickens**t thing for them to do regarding the sale of a 50+ year old watch!

I didn't think you could infringe on a style, not a brand. A tank is a general description, not a brand.
