Ok, this isn't really in keeping with this thread's purpose, but I keep seeing people mention that Enzo's can be had for less than $1000.

I have only seen them for sale on his site and it looks like he is asking $1275 or thereabouts for them.

Where do I go to grab one at the lower price??

It must be obvious to everyone that the watch boards are awash with cliques. There are a few guys "in the know" on every forum, who band together whenever the going gets tough. It's what the whole Doxa farrago is all about. In this instance, Enzo asks for input, Malyel gives it. Enzo answers, Malyel has further questions. Rightly or wrongly he posts rather than PM's. The clique is up in arms. The rest of us have have no dog in the fight.

I posted a positive comment about the 2000MGMT and I stand by it. If I could buy one it wouldn't bother me where it is made, but if Malyel is bothered by the "Swiss Made" thing, then let him have his say. Folks got on your case in the Ocean 7 forum if I recall. So, cut the guy the slack you felt was denied to you. Peace.

the man who makes them was attacked. Oh, send him an email. He'll make you an incedible deal on any watch on hand. I can't say what mine was but the price was very low. no room to pass up.:D

As I said, I have no dog in this. But I think Enzo will survive. And I may well shoot him an email.hand6.gif

Sorry. I replied to the wrong thread. I guess I am not used to the 3T way of doing things yet.:(

Edited for clarification.

I posted a simple question on the ocean7 forum. I didn't attack anyone. Not 1 person answered the question but they all attacked as one with the how dare you attitude. I read this post I linked this forum to and stated my own opinion about what was stated. swiss made isn't on his watches. look at the wording. This guy makes great watches. The attacker has been here also spouting crap and got shut down. But cut this ass slack? no. not in my nature.

My point is simply that freedom of speech cannot be applied selectively. Anyway, didn't you end up apologizing on the Ocean 7 forum? Not normally the actions of an innocent party. Maybe Malyel will surprise you and do the same. Personally, I don't care. I don't come to the these boards to spar. I just like watches.:)

Actually Sean your memory of the facts is incorrect. After you posted your question claiming you had not read any unbiased reviews and that you felt that people were afraid to post there honest opinion. I responded to your question and I don't believe I attacked you.

Why do you insist on playing a martyr? Here is the link to the thread

http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=45701

and my response was # 12. Mitch posted #13 and also did not attack you. It wasn't until post #14 where Brad attacked you. Why are you trying to rewrite the facts?

Also in another thread here you admit to trying to get banned on the Ocean7 forum and even then you were not. Lets get your facts straight please.

Wow! what did you post up? I did my best to get banned on the ocean7 forum, Had 4 letter words with mods, and didn't get the boot. So confess man! I need some ideas:D

I am not sure why you feel that by asking how a watch that is admittedly assembled outside of Switzerland can be called Swiss Made. In the thread you will see numerous times I say that Enzo watches get great reviews and are loved by owners. Hardly a personal attack.

So what you are saying is only guilty people apologize?..an apology can be ones defense on a position they may have taken and not one of admission to any guilt or wrong doing....:) yamahaki wrote: lordsinclair wrote: It must be obvious to everyone that the watch boards are awash with cliques. There are a few guys "in the know" on every forum, who band together whenever the going gets tough.
