Wearing my trusty old Tudor 7928 sub with cal.390 movement for the last time today in its unrestored state.  I'm having it overhauled soon.
This watch has seen a lot of wrist time while I was a professional hunting guide for many years.  The beating shows!

very rare and beautiful Graham!....I bet you can tell some good stories surrounding that watch Buddy! yourock.gif

Very good choice, Bricehand6.gif. I might get this one day. This is a very classical pepsi rendition with perfect hues of blue and red.  I like it.yourock.gif

thankyou.gif very much!! I love this watch!! You should definitley try one!
I got a chance to compare it first hand with a colleague's Rolex GMT and it really was amazing to see the high quality and heft of the Steinhart. It doesn't give up much to the Rolex, well mvt aside I am sure. I do like the ETA 2893 though. Thx again.

Brice

I've been drooling at the Tudor subs lately too, not sure why but I think I have the itch!

in the mean time, my current favorite from the watch harem:

Actually, the 2893 can be regulated to be as accurate as the Rolex. Both movements will need a COA about every 6 or 7 years, but that will run about $350 for the Rolex and about $130 for the eta. I have both so I know from experience.
