Yesterday I emailed Steve about an issue I had with a bracelet. Not only was the response quick, but he offered me a bracelet off one of his watches. I was floored. I was looking for some advice, and he went way above and beyond. We agreed on a solution that didn't involve leaving one of his watches "bracelet naked", but his first instinct left a great impression.

Thanks Steve yourock.gif

I am not surprised at all! Everything that they have done has been above and beyond for us the customers. They need to teach these other businesses how to deal with there customers and potential customers IMHO!perfect.gif

I'm not surprised either.  Also had an issue with a strap on the SD.  Sent one email to Ralf which forwarded the email to Steve and within 10 min.  everything was arranged to my entire satisfaction.  So it's GOLD to be able to deal with people like Ralf and Steve.  They really push their CS to the next level.  Keep up the good work Ralf/Stevehand6.gif

i have 6 benarus watches in total... so i've corresponded with steve & ralf quite a bit...

both are very cool and very helpful... they really aim to please...

anyone who may be on the fence about a benarus purchase: i doubt you'll find anyone who has anything but great things to say about the product, the service and the people behind the product...

wear 'em in good health, kids
