It will cost me 1,793.00 round trip tickets to Oslo, I'm contemplating the flight now.I wanna stomp on his face

Shoot, if you know that you may not get a dime back unless you face this dude, I would purchase the $1793 ticket and confront the guy face to face. That would be the quickest way to get your money back(less the plane ticket of course).

The guy is not in Oslo: Far from that. No point to speculate when you don't know the geography, the town etc...
I do. So please, let this on the side as this debate is going nowhere.

and getting "locked up abroad" would end up costing more than the 312 and the plane ticket.

Completely agree. Don't think doinng that would get you anywhere William, though I completely undertand the urge to do just that. You are best of handeling this with a cool head, and filing a claim (but like Hammerfjord said, not sure the Norwegian police would do anything ) But maybe contacting the Norwegians that also are scammed would hjelp somhow? I'll PM them and see what they say about it

Can he really do that much harm if he has your bank info? And how about opening a different account just to collect the money, and closing it just after you get it?
Just thinking out loud here ...

And if there is a possibility to get the money back, I would go for it.

sounds like he's trying to make good....Really I don't think he was scamming you at all, it just doesn't add up....It still sucks for sure but I doubt it was him...On the bright side theres always 312's for sale at about the same prices always.

it was members of this forum that helped you,no other forum imo, especially not the scammers paradise forum WUS,where you got burned to begin with...no one stuck up for him, just fact finding in order to help you,and now the guy wants to refund your money and not even that sits right with you?...you need your head checked...nuff said!

I hate to say it, but the scam started at WUS, and Ernie said the user account was removed, and left it at that, like Pontius Pilate washed his hands.(scammers paradise forum WUS) William give the seller your bank info, and be done with it. JMO

In my opinion Wus (Ernie), and some Mods are just scumbags. Kool-aid drinking mofo that includes you Nalu you f@#$king bitch!!ThumbsUp02.gif
