Thanks for the sentiment, Bill. I actually found my receipt which has a customs # on it. I will pursue tracking the watch using this #. This trader has had some support over at WUS and PMWF as he has made some good deals. Nontheless, there are two of us here who have had difficulty with him...

I thought I would update this thread as this cretin as re-arisen from the slime. I reposted this information to WUS as they have eliminated thewir goodguys/badguys section. My post has already been deleted as this cretin apparently cried to Steve, Ernie and by his own admission had a nice conversation with Stuff Mikeler. We all know what stand up guys they are!! I know it is bad form but I feel justified in posting the contents of a PM from the RescueDiver. I believe this speaks volumes on this guy's character: "If you are trying to BLACKMAIL me futhermore I´ll inform the police and my lawyer...people like you shold be BANNED !!! I blame you for your own supidness to return a watch UNINSURED over the ocean where many thieves are around... You seem to be a very poor guy to make such an alert for f***ing two Benjamins and also seem to have lots of time to wasteb-) I have no time at all for such a crap and won´t respond anymore !!! Go ahead and make my day<| "

I replied to Pax's post this AM on WUS and to my suprise it was deleted ...All I said was that I know Pax isnt quibbling over 200 dollars and that I saw Rescue diver deleted his pics of the watch after he was found out ...I also stated that I saw the watch and to say it was " MINT" was misrepresenting at the least and it was a lie....I recieved this email after that This is the message that was sent: *************** WHASSUP with you, sir??? Did we ever have a problem with each other??? If so, please let me know... Otherwise: Why are you howling at the moon like a lone wolf??? Best regards from Germany Joern Gill

That is the same guy I sold a Sinn ezm2 Hydro to. Complained about me insuring it for full value, the high customs fee, which he should have figured in when he bought the watch which I should add was perfect like everything else I sell unless otherwise stated. I paid his custom taxes by way of buying a new Sinn strap and buckle for him. He said it was damaged.....MY ASS! can I say that? O?

You can post your story on the EoT's Dive Watch Forum whose WUS members frequent. Tyler will not delete your post and WUS can do nothing about it. Just be factual about it. There has never been free speech at WUS. They are complete a**holes (delete as needed O) as moderators over there. Basically, if you insult any of the annointed you are immediately threatened, your posts deleted or modified, and you are criticized as intolerant. I left for 6 months after such an incident in which the German S**ts basically were such whiners that they couldn't take the same comments about them that they make ROUTINELY about others. There really is no respect for differing opinions, or free speech. Remember that the most serious of the a**holes over there are not Americans. Sorry, but outside of the UK I have consistently seen that Europeans have no real concept of genuine free speech nor do they respect others opinions. They truly believe that they have every right to regulate what others say even when it is not using language that incites or is foul. I know that there are people on WUS that have some terrific technical knowledge but they certainly aren't generally fair, open-minded, or equitable people IMHO that is certain. I really don't think talking to "Ernie" is at all useful. He's the central part of the problem. He genuinely believes that free speech is something that needs to be eliminated. He doesn't really see those abuses that have been talked about here as abuses - he sees them as his right as the owner of WUS. Read the rules - WUS is his property - period.
